The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization is the largest nonprofit membership organization representing hospice and palliative care programs and professionals in the United States. The organization is committed to improving end of life care and expanding access to hospice care with the goal of profoundly enhancing quality of life for people dying in America and their loved ones.

The Hospice and Palliative Care Association of Arkansas 

The Hospice and Palliative Care Association of Arkansas (HPCAA) is a statewide, public benefit, nonprofit membership organization dedicated to ensuring access to high quality hospice and comfort care for all Arkansans.

The Caregiver Action Network

The Caregiver Action Network is the nation’s leading family caregiver organization working to improve the quality of life for the than 65 million Americans who care for loved ones with chronic conditions, disabilities, disease, or the frailties of old age.

Missouri Hospice & Palliative Care Association

MHPCA is a state-wide non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and strengthening coordinated care for terminally ill Missourians and their families through the advancement of hospice and palliative care.

The National Association for Home Care & Hospice

The National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) is a nonprofit organization that represents the nation’s 33,000 home care and hospice organizations. NAHC also provides information to help its members maintain the highest quality of care and is committed to excellence in every respect.

Louisiana-Mississippi Hospice and Palliative Care Organization

Louisiana-Mississippi Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (LMHPCO) is a non-profit educational organization thats purpose is to increase public awareness. LMHPCO also builds coalitions for improving hospice and other end of life care.

Medicare

Medicare is a U.S. government program of hospitalization insurance and voluntary medical insurance for persons aged 65 and over and for certain disabled persons under 65.

The Conversation Project is dedicated to helping people talk about their wishes for end-of-life care.

Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services

CMS is there to achieve a high quality health care system, they also aim for better care at lower costs and improved health. CMS also oversees the Children’s Health Insurance Program, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments, among other services.

The Tennessee Hospice Organization

The Tennessee Hospice Organization seeks to help Tennessee’s hospices continually improve the quality of the care delivered to patients and their loved ones. National Council on Aging

NCOA’s National Falls Prevention Resource Center supports the implementation of evidence-based falls prevention programs and serves as a national clearinghouse of tools and best practices.
